Declaration of Risk and Responsibility

I understand that my participation in any activities at Jalsa Jawai adventure resort involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Natural and Environmental Risks: Sudden weather changes, slips or falls on uneven terrain, safari and encounters with wildlife (e.g., insects, snakes).
• Equipment and Operational Risks:Unexpected equipment failure or malfunction.
• Personal Risks: The possibility of getting lost or disoriented.

I acknowledge that these risks can be significantly increased by my own actions or omissions, such as:

• Wearing improper clothing or footwear.
• Having unaddressed physical or medical limitations.
• Disregarding instructions, rules, or safety protocols provided by staff.
• Demonstrating poor judgment or a lack of attention.

By signing below, I confirm the following:

• I will follow all instructions given by resort staff and facilitators. I understand that any failure to comply may result in my immediate exclusion from the activity without a refund.
• I am physically and medically fit to participate in these activities voluntarily and at my own risk.
• I waive and release Jalsa Jawai and its staff from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during my visit or participation in these activities.
